Is minergate mining really works?

I am new in mining and search over internet for best and easy mining tools. I came across the minergate and started using it. I have been mining since last two days but seeing nothing on my screen except Score count.

I have chosen easiest and lowest crypto to mine and that is ByteCoin. My score count is over 1000+ for two days but no any increase in the money counter. I saw "Token expired" message below the crypto currency name. I wonder if it really works or not.

*Most important thing is, the software, completely non trust-able. I downloaded and tried to install on my windows machine, system stopped working and it won't start in safe mode as well. You may need to restore from the backup to again gain the access. I don't recommend this for the windows users.
