3 Golden Rules for Mining 24/7 safely
Number 1 -> Good Power Source
No system will ever work without a good source of power. EVER
Make sure ALL your wiring / breakers / power supply is capable of driving the power needed.
Don't go cheap when buying a power supply, some offers basic protections and poor performances.
Other are build like tanks, 10years warranty, high efficiency and WORKING protections like over-current, over/under voltage, short-circuit etc...
Number 2 -> Good temperature and humidity range
Too hot : accelerate component aging , derating power , blow / burnout stuffs
Too cold : condensation / water , out of operating range for sensible components
Operating between 20-25 degrees C with low humidity is best range for most electronic systems.
Number 3 -> Clean air / Clean room / Clean Electronic
Dust accumulation on circuits added with humidity, you got connectivity.
Connectivity = short circuit . Keep everything as clean as possible.
Maintain your your rigs by cleaning them with compressed air, do some visual inspections at the same time,
every 4 weeks or as needed.
Most of the time, break happen when one of those 3 rules is not respected.
