CLEAN UP YOUR LIFE

Minimalism is not a hobby or just another fad , it’s a lifestyle . If you feel like you have too much clutter in your head , your home , and in the close vicinity of your work place then minimalism is for you .
The basic principles of minimalism are :

1 : Reduce_
Lower the amount of materialistic goods you rack up by only having the necessary items at hand . For example if you have a messy desk you should remove unnecessary tools that you wont use frequently such as a compass if you are a writer , or a calculator if you are a artist . We all work in a very limited space . Thus we should use it with maximum efficiency . Reducing the amount of immediately unnecessary items will help you to get to what you need quicker , this will save you time in the long run .

2 : Reuse _
Instead of buying one time use items , keep in mind to focus on the long term usage of it and get longer lasting items . For example if you are going to buy a cheap razor and use it a few times and throw it away , you will end up paying more as the amount of razors you are gonna use will increase , the increased quantity will make you spend more than what you would have if you had bought a good durable one . Thinking of long term usage will help you save money and several trips back to the store while simultaneously freeing up space .

3 : Reorganize_
Organizing the items which are left into sub categories will help you and those around you to access them more easily . Easy ways to organize items / chores / anything else is by their chronological order or alphabetical order . Other than those two methods you can organize them according to their physical properties ; Eg – Colour / Full or Empty /Etc .

4 : Leniency_
When implementing these steps please allow yourself some wiggle room . This life style is hard to get used to as much as it is helpful . So do not fret and try to do everything at once .
