I think that sometimes situations happen to us that are not so easy to overcome on their own and therefore we must find the courage to ask for help. When we ask God for help in some way will come, either through a writing or through the words of someone or in the consultation of a professional. The important thing is to find a way to solve the situation and learn from it.
