I absolutely love supporting people who are motivated to improve their health. I am motivated to help you remove compromises from your life so that you can experience and achieve all of your goals and aspirations. What's the one major thing that helps improve our health? It's our mindset, the way we think.
The world of positive psychology has existed since the biblical days and has evolved over the years to a “new-age” way of thinking, but the reality is that this state of mind is rooted in the existence of mankind.
There is a wonderful quote from John Lennon of the Beatles, when he says, “Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end.” This epitomizes the journey called life, but there is an element of false hope that has the potential to be overlooked with this statement as the only way that everything will be OKAY in the end is if you make a conscious effort to do something about your life and what you desire.
Don’t get me wrong, I would much rather you believe that your life will amount to everything that you desire (as opposed to feeling that you are always going to fall short), but what gets me even more enthusiastic is to witness people who are fulfilling their life mission and purpose.
Will this be easy?
Obviously not, nothing that is worthwhile ever comes effortlessly, but the journey is worth it and I can assure you that “thinking positively” is not the only ingredient to get you to your destination. This is why I am about to share a step-by-step strategy that I guarantee will work for you, if and only if, you DO NOT stop until you get whatever it is that you desire. (“Desire” is a subjective term that must be defined by you because the beauty of a life vision is that it is unique to the beholder!) So for you, maybe it is financially based, health related, relationship focused, adventure oriented, or a combination of all of these and more, but regardless, what you are about to learn will help make this a reality when employed and persisted. In addition, you are going to face STRESS on your journey - probably every step of the way - and the key is learning how to handle it and then adapt to it so that it either derails you slightly or not at all.
Stress is VERY real and extremely dangerous.
People die from stress.
People are suffering from stress.
People live a compromised life due to stress.

Great post! I loved the John Lennon quote, I've actually never heard it before, i'm actually going to go write that one down. It's amazing that a lot of people get lost in the small picture, not looking at the overall big picture. I'm even guilty of doing it! Stop thinking, just do, and everything will fall into place!
