I hope you all are fine.

Today I talking about how to out from our comfort-zone or our ruining routine life and how to gain and grab your full potential towards our happy and wealthy precious life because it is our right and number one responsibility to change and make our life really good and valuable.

Here are important points,how we reset our mind and grab our full potential

(1). Aware about our habits and ourself:

• If we find time to observe ourself and be able to aware about our habits and our routine mistakes then we are in first step towards beat our ruining routine life.

(2). Immediate Action for it :

• Once we find our ruining habits and our mistakes,immediate note down it and also note down what we do against it or what might action you take against it.

(3). Overcome it :

• Once you noted down whatever action require for it, get busy and overcome it.I mean immidiate take required action against it. This is the main step towards our success.

These three important points are required pillars for overcome our ruining habits and also our ruining routine.

But I know you think that it's seems easy only in writing but in reality all things seem different then you are right.

At initial stage this seems hard because you do not have this type of habits. So don't feel stressed and keep faith in your self until you don't develop this type of habits.

I know that in the beginning you will face many problems on this way, but do not be afraid of it and bravely face it.

Some important points that helps you in beginning.

(1). Positive Self-talk :

• when you start a positive self-talk you feel positive.whenever you feel free,try this.

(2). Positive Affirmations :

• when you wake up and sleep everyday must read positive-affirmations, which you have created for you.

(3). Don't Listen to Negative people :

• I said don't listen to negative people for especially the matter of yourself.This is really important that what do you think about yourself ,not other think about yourself.

(4). Meditation :

• If you continuing do meditation every single day, your brain structure improve and change day by day and you feel peace in your inner self and also you feel more comfortable and confident than before.

If you successful to keep continuining this habits with full of confidence for a long time you will definetely get out from your ruining comfort-zone.
