When I was a child my dad told me that I had to spend time with people who were better than me in a certain skill. In my case as I am a musician, I always told myself that I had to spend time with musicians who were better than me, because that way I can advance in my things and I can also learn other positive things.

It's like that saying of Tell me who you're with and I'll tell you who you are.
