Keep that phone away..

Hello Steemians!!   

In today's Blog , we will be emphasizing on why we should take a little break from our  phones,once in a while .

 I was watching the news the other day and they were offering some tips on how to bring the family together and they were talking a lot about our infamous cell phones and that we've become  so connected to our phones and they're on our hips, that we're not paying attention to the people  around us.

If we're not careful we're going to become so consumed with what is not important. Social media, I like  it all but it's nowhere near as important as that child that's sitting in front of you at the dinner table or  that boyfriend or Girlfriend, husband or wife that you're spending time with .It's  important that you are  with those people you love and you care about and that youspend healthy time  in good conversation .

The other day I saw a couple having dinner at a restaurant I was at . For almost 15 minutes straight  they didn't look up at each other. They each had their cell phones in their hands and they were firing  away at whatever they were doing .    

I belive that we must value our lives more than our phones.Let's all put that phone down and let's interact with one another. Let's not get lost .Let's spend some  quality time together. Let's break bread together and share our joys and hurts and pains so that we can  help one another, support and love each other.
