It was a interview room, company HR was on table and waiting for applicant . Then a applicant named Jack came in room for interview , HR welcomes him and say to write something in board .
Jack - What i should write here , related about job or my study ,
HR- replied write whatever you have in your mind .
(Then he put up marker and write JAVA )
Interviewer - Why you write this .
Jack- I am confident about it .
HR - You have done please go.

Then next applicant came in the room named was alias . He present his resume to HR
HR- Ohkay ! Alias tell me about yourself
Alias - my name is alias ( He was continue ,just HR stop him )
HR- get out alias .

In series next came in room and as procedure he also present his resume to HR . Person was William
HR - William tell me something related to your life
William - Sir, I have three year diploma in computer and i have five year experience also . Three company hired me and i got many opportunities . I work very hard blah..blah..blahhh..( he was continue to blowing his own trump)
HR(reply very smoothly)- Just go and work for them .

Now HR wanna some relax from hectic day so, he remove his tie and pick-up coffee cup , He was thinking something and enjoying coffee sip . Sudden A Finicky boy with jeans t-shirt entered in room without permission . HR said 'Man i think you are at wrong room . He replied- Ohh sorry , i think here interview is going on.
HR - You are for interview .
Ram- Yes
HR- okay! Pick up marker and write something in board .
(He took marker and write "something" on board. HR asked him to sit)
HR- Tell me about you something.
Ram- You have my resume . I will tell that what is not mention in that , I love eat burger ( with smile ) and I completed my Engineering in 6 years actually course duration was 4 years but i get back in maths because i was not in boring classes of maths . And everyone was suggested me to gave-up . But i was interested So, i took more time than others.
HR - Will you change your hairstyle , Finicky style .
Ram - Sir its my style and does not effect on my work . I feel cool with this style .
HR just pass a sweet smile and say Ram to his company from next day .

Here last get the job over others WHY? Because he was open heart man no showoff , Due to get job we stat pompous , That creates differ between our real life . we have to accept what we are because only our reality make us great .
