The Agenda Solution. Does it work?

in #mindset6 years ago (edited)

What can we do to become more productive?

Let's talk about some real experience!

In one of my latest posts, I have asked you the question "Have you ever heard that one of the most powerful things you can do to organize your own time, is to have an agenda?"

And to remind you: "The greatest man of our time -like Steve Jobs & Elon Musk- organize their daily flow of activities using a simple paper agenda."

They stick to the agenda and chase everything they have planned.

I have shown you a perfect online (& free) solution for the agenda thing, and I've tested it for some two weeks.

Stick to the Trello + Planyway Solution, you can get both an agenda + a checklist to track brainstorm written tasks (I use to do that in a draft paper, but now I am 100% fine with a digital equivalent)

Just to remind -or maybe, to insist. Go do it yourself!- You can check on Trello (https://trello.com) which is an excellent way to visualize "to do" lists. Also, check for the "Planyway" extension. It is just perfect if you want a combination of Agenda + ToDoLists. All platform-born now.

Does it really helped?

My personal experience tells me that it really helped.

It gave me focus, and it really put me out of bed earlier to chase my objectives.

Actually, what I think might be very powerful, is the fact that you probably sleep some two to three nights, knowing what you are about to work on next days.

I believe that, during sleep-time, we already prepare and come out with solutions. This just became more powerful after organizing my agenda.

Try it yourself. It really worths the time you invest in it.

Thanks for the suggestion. I heard about Trello.com but never tried. Thanks for reminding me to try it. I made a note of it on my phone, and i'll definitely give it a try.
