If you are a night owl. Then you never can taste the fresh air.. what heals people from inside.
Suppose you work so hard day over night for forgetting something painful. But I'll say, this is not the right way to remove stress. Actually it increases stress, its even make new stress.what you need to do is, Meditation. Wake up early in the morning and seat on a open place where you like.. close your eyes.. and take deep breath and out. Give concentration on your breath. Don't think anything. Just focus on breath. Spend time with yourself. You will forget about stress. And always try to think positive. Do your work and think positive. This is the way how u can remove stress
