Mindfulness with Self and the world
Our healing and growth journey of life while it is all to ourselves but it does not limit to us. Our healing and growth in life happens when we get linked to support each other. In this journey the I get dissolved and the We come into strong existence. Our life moves ahead with countless forces all around us and some of these forces are with us and some against us. In this journey we have to learn to deal with all of these forces, the ones that are with us are the easier ones to manage but we also need to learn to deal with the ones that are against us or we can say not aligned with us.
We are all connected with one another with this invisible thread, what we call the energetic connections. And we need to ensure that this invisible connection only get strengthened with the energy of love, abundance and gratitude. We are all a part of collective consciousness and what we do at individual and collective level both matters energetically. Collective consciousness also plays a big role on our lives. In which part of the world we live matters, the collective consciousness of that place builds up the energy of that place which has a direct impact on our lives in some or the other way.
Practicing kindness, gratitude, compassion, empathy all of these are tools to raise collective consciousness and self also. We need to understand one thing that collective and individual consciousness are not 2 isolated things, it is one, what we do impacts both of them. When we feel this connection with our-self, and our universe, we do understand the importance of raising our vibrations.
Daily spending 15 to 20 minutes in silence will slowly gradually build up a very strong connection with self and the universe. Who we are and what we want to be is just a matter of thought, the moment we flip from one thought to another we bring a shift in our energy as well. Acceptance in totality is the key to progress.
