Body, mind and spirit! A full description of us humans, and yet we think we are much more. No, no, this is it! Do we know it? Do we learn about it? Do we understand it? Yes, yes, yes! But do we take care of it? Nope…hmm, that causes problems. We face different problems in different areas in our lives: time, health, relationships, happiness, pleasure, fun…and so on. If we look at the root of it all, its us. We are the cause of our problems and only we can fix ourselves. Take a moment and stop reading for 10 seconds, take a deep breath and listen to what sounds your body makes…………It makes the sound of life. By simply taking a breath of air, our whole body moves and it curves with the air that flows inside our lungs. And then it curves back to exhale and propels air back out. All that, sounds like life, your body in motion. But while you were taking a breath you were probably thinking about what you were doing during those 10 seconds. Your mind was there, working, making sense of it all. While your mind was working, you also felt something. You felt alive! You felt joy or relief or pain, you felt something. What you have just felt was your spirit. 



Down here Im going to start a few different categories, or topics where I can share part of my life experiences and growth. Maybe this way all of you can get to know me a little better and follow what I do with my life. I can share my best interests and give you information that can help you with your own growth.
