How many miles in a year?
Well, to answer this highly intellectual question, we must first know about these things:
- Earth's Circumference
- Earths's rotation
- Somethings to know...
Earth's circumference is exactly 24901 miles.
So, In 1 year, earth rotates once.
Standing in one stationery point, it makes you travel exactly 24901 miles round the Earth.
But, humans walk 110,000 miles a year.
So if we add that to our previous number. We go 24901 miles round the earth Involuntarily and 110,000 miles on an average on our own.
But earth also has a tilt on the axis.
The tilt is 23.5 degree on the axis. Which doesn't makes any sense.
But since the earth wobbles around in its 23.5 degree axis like a swinging swing , it covers some distance and then cancels it out again and covers some distance and cancels it out again and so on and so on.
But , is 110,000 + 24901 miles really enough?
Considering the amount if cucumbers that grow in california , we should be covering more distance since the Universe is Multi-dimensional space wraped around our illusion of mere Space-time consiousness, so no matter how much distance we travel in each year, it really meaningless and our existence is void .
