Fun fact about milk that I forgot to put in the post: Skim milk is just the waste leftover after making cheese. Dairy farms used to dump tens of thousands of gallons of it into rivers until they got in trouble for stinking up the countryside. So they told people it was healthy in order to sell it instead of paying to dispose of it properly.
