Iraq-born finnish bisness owner fakes being a refguee for free money

Here in Finland we have a big problem with migration. We give free money to everyone who dosen't happen to have his passport ready. Today we had a new highpoint when a migrant who has lived in Finland for 30 years and had his own bisness, applied to refugee money. Our all-wise government gave him for nearly 2 years before he was found out. And the government says we can not ask the money back. 5200€ wasted. Again...

PS: This is the state news own picture of the occasion. I dont know either.
