Some are so emotionally paralyzed that we do not know what to say, what to do and, often, we do not even know what to feel . It is so strong that it affects our relationship with God, and we ask ourselves: where is God in all this?

In his book "The Woman of the Time Traveler," the American writer, Audrey Niffenegger, describes the story of Henry who has a genetic disease that makes him travel through time in times of stress without him being able to control when or where he is going . The first time he passed, he was a boy and traveled only a few seconds in the past to see his mother again die in a car accident. He grew up with the only desire to return to that precise moment and say to himself: "do not be afraid".
