PIN verification is still in process. Once the PIN is mailed, such status will be displayed in your account and a link will appear on your page where you may enter your PIN once it is received.

You may also opt to choose Bank Transfer via Transpay or Payoneer option on your first withdrawal so you will no longer be asked for a PIN verification

Once you have moneybookers setup, they pay on a sunday and wednesday so as long as you have made a withdrawel request by sat or tues you'll get paid next day and no waiting for pins.
Very quick and efficient. Only problem is Payoneer is verh expensive for small payments.
