In 2010, 83 were accused of sexual harassment in Microsoft

83 of the world's biggest sexual harassment happened in the world's biggest agency in 2017. In the United States, 65 thousand workers work. In 2017, Microsoft officials were stunned by emailing allegations of sexual harassment from female employees.

A top official of the organization said that 20 workers accused in the past year have lost their jobs while investigating the sexual harassment of women in the workplace. A section of the organization claims that such behaviour on women is not right at work. Those employees should be punished with appropriate punishment.

Microsoft's Fiction Officer Kathleen Hogan said 83 cases of sexual harassment were filed in 2017.

50 percent of the workers in the investigations of sexual harassment cases assisted in the investigation, and the rest of the workers are found to be involved in the incident. This phenomenon comes to the public when it is alleged that the agency does not want to increase or promote women workers. Although the organization refuses the whole incident and goes to court. The incident of sexual harassment came to the fore immediately.

According to sources, 2010 and 2016, there were 118 incidents of sexual harassment in Microsoft Agency. But the investigating team of the Microsoft organization does not know anything about this. Although Microsoft's public relations officer said the whole thing was fake. In 2010 and 2016 there was no such incident in the organization. Based on the complaint found in 2017, investigations were conducted and proper action was also taken.
