UK brewer Fuller's has released the 2017 iteration of its Vintage Ale. The 2017 launch marks the 21st edition in the range, the company said. All bottles are numbered and will be available from Fuller's Brewery Shop in Chiswick, online and in Waitrose stores.
The beer features the Denali hop, an experimental American hop variety. "It has been used both late in the boil and for dry-hopping, dovetailing the classic British hop varieties Target and Goldings," said Fuller's. "This brew also includes a new malting barley – a British variety called Laureate."
The 2017 Vintage Ale was created by recently-promoted head brewer Georgina Young.
Earlier this year, the brewer's Cornish Orchard cider arm launched three products in 33cl cans. The line up includes Gold Cider and Blush Cider as well as the company's Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
