Introduction of fitness.

hi friends ,their is very bad missunderstood of fitness among common people
they think if they do weight lifting ,their hight will be shorter .but why? they dont know
also similar to basketball players, they play basketball their hight will be tall .
they do swimming they will do good fatloss .
but belive me . this are only a mith .becouse those people who are in their
professional feild ,their body composition is made for that feild .
eg ;if your height is not more than 6 ft you cant go to basketball team ,
if your height is too tall for weight lifting, you cant lift heavy weight .
becouse our muscle have to be short end joint tendon .
and their lots of other factor of fitness that is cover on diffirent parts
becouse fitness is a big concept.

Fitness is depend of on 5 fitness components
this 5 fitness composition should be imrove to become a fit
fitness defineation is that you can do your daily day to day activity easily
without fatiuge . if you cant then your are not fit
hear are your 5 components of composition.

*. cardiovascular endurance
its group of muscle and respiratory system is to supply oxygenated blood to working muscle without fatiguing .

*. muscular endurance
ability of skeletal muscle to continuously contract at sub maxmal lenth at given time without
fatiguing .
that means you can do normal walking ,doing daily activity easily

*. muscularskeketol strength.
this is group of muscle ,tanton ,ligament , musclefiber . all make a combonatoin of
performance against load and resistance of object in given frame of time
that means you can pick a good amount of weight activity easily .

*. flexibility
the work of muscle and skeletol muscle can reach one point to other define point to complet the activity .
that means ..a person can bend ,sprint .strech their muscle to perform the activity.

*. ideal body composition
its define that a normal body should contain normal fat percentage . and good amount
of muscle .
that means a person shoul look lean body ..no more to fat no to many mucle .

so guys this 5 fitness componenet should be their to be fit , if not
then we shoud make over by doing weight lifting and cardio.
all this things i will cover on my comming video . that how to work out ,diet all stuff
