Today i am going to share with u my official work related knowledge share with....when i was joined pharma industry as a officer leval job at that time in india prepared medicines didnt carefully ....it was indirect attack on human...
After come peter sir for audit in india from FDA it was tarrific and superb audit.after that audit in india ranbaxy was silled.and auditer given lots of 483 notice of non complience....than
Suddenly after that case each amd every companies made good quality mantain and also GDP and CGMP focused.
Nowadays all of companies of pharma going to on quality base medicines and these reasone all of employess how to aware than FDA added a good trainning concept in intial join anyone employee must be take a trinning of GDP And CGMP and also lots of work related trinning .
Today in india is very fastest growing by pharma companies and whole profite from out countries mostly America.

But u know dear steemian after all things USA got good quality maintain medicines but in india today dont got good quality maintain medicine each and every location in india do nor have marketing of good medicine ....
My concern is that of USA population got good medicine from india than indian population why not. USA population most important for india or indian population tell me...
In india all state , district , all villages lots of medical store which is marketing and selling medicines doest not good complience it is a setting medicine and do not prepared in FDA plat each and every medicine which is selling in india any one lot from any comapny take and take on analysis damn sure it was not to good compliese my own experience.
So awarness is must be needed and all contries popularion wants to good complience medicine than processore for perpared medicine is same for all.
