Kelly Clarkson's Insane Tennessee Mansion Is *Still* On The Market

After more than a year on the housing market, Kelly Clarkson is still hoping to sell her insane 20,ooo-square-foot mansion in Hendersonville, Tennessee for $8.75 million, Trulia reports.

But how is it still on the market? The price may be a factor. Sure, most of us can't shell out millions for a new home, even if it does have seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. But it's far from being the priciest home out there — Rob Lowe's selling his place for $47 million, making Kelly's ask almost seem like chump change by comparison. The listing price is roughly three times what Kelly and hubby Brandon Blackstock paid when they bought it in 2013 ($2.8 million, the site reports). There had to have been some serious renovations, in addition to the market improving overall.
