Passive Income

According to the famous author Robert Kiyosaki, people in the world are divided into 4 categories as shown in below diagram, which is called 'Cashflow Quadrant'.

E: Employed
S: Self Employed
B: Businessmen
I: Investors

It is easy to remain in your comfort zone and choose the simple quadrants 'E' or 'S', which more than 90% of the whole world do, but majority of the revenue generated in the world comes from the other two quadrants. It requires real guts and courage to think and come out of the box and choose a path different than the traditional path, but if you have chosen it, it is worth it!
Why do still people choose to remain in the E or S quadrants? It is so because it is easy to choose them, and the life is much simpler as compared to the other two quadrants. Obviously, more money means more responsibility and more work to do. But what is the main problem in these simple ways?
Employee works for some other person. He works harder and harder to achieve targets and then is paid some amount of money. Similarly self employed person work for himself and pay himself. The main problem: The monthly 'cashflow' stops as soon as he stops working!
What is with the other two quadrants? If you are a businessman, you don't work yourself, rather than people work for you. If you are a businessman , and have 100 employees working for you 8 hours a day, the total work done will be for 800 hours! Your physical presence is not necessary.
Similarly, if you are an investor, your money works for you. Both of these ways don't require you to work (Just initially you may require to work hard to build a team or to build a capital). The income generated when we don't need to work, is called passive income.
The truth is: When a person is doing a job or self employment, he may not earn a lot, or even if he does, there is no time left for him to spend on himself. When after retirement, he gets ample time, then there comes health issues, so he can't enjoy much his free time.
All those employees or self employed persons, I am not telling you to leave your job, but find some way to earn some good amount in passive income. The active income will be generated only when you work, but the passive income will be generated even at the time when you sleep. When you start getting a good passive income, it will for sure decrease your stress to earn money, and you may get some more time for yourself and your family.
Some of the great methods of generating passive income are:
1) Cryptocurrency investment
2) Real Estate investment
3) Franchise
4) Networking (MLM)
