I sure hope so. It does seem that with a lot of projects starting up using the neo platform that the prices will stay low until some of these projects start showing some returns. They all are financed with the neo and gas they took for their token sales. Most them are probably selling to finance the start ups. Neo might take awhile before we see the bull run but when people realize its dominance in crypto the bull will be out of the cage
