I THINK SUMIT SIR NEED TO MAKE A GOOGLE FORM TO MAKE A HUGE DATA BASE IN OUR COMMUNITY TO GROW OURSELVES.
AFTER MAKING THE DATA BASE IT NEED TO BE SHARED TO US SO THAT WE WILL ABLE TO KEEP UPVOTE OR COMMENT IN OUR COMMUNITY.
IN THE DATABASE EMAIL ID AND STEEMIT ID WILL BE MENTIONED

AFTER OPENING THE DATABASE OF OUR COMMUNITY EVERY BODY WILL UPVOTE AND COMMENT IN A SYSTEMATIC WAY AND IT HARDLY TAKE 1 TO 2 HRS TO DO SO.
APART FROM THIS, EVERYBODY WILL POST AT LEAST 3 QUALITY POSTS DAILY
IF POSSIBLE WE WILL FIX OUR TIMINGS TOO.

@papun, we need to a whatsapp or telegroup group for making team and we should be communicate to each other's.
But all members should be serious for growing in steem it.
We don't need to big team but should be a perfect and honesty team..

I think @moneygurru has done his parts. But we as a community lack the enthusiasm. No one is that responsive. Everyone whats to get upvotes and comments, but no one is willing to give upvotes on others posts.
Also that the size of the community is very big. The community should be of around 500 people only, all really active and responsive. 500 people helping each one of 500. This will prove as a strong community.
Dear I agree with you that Sumit Sir has done a great job. But it is very annoying that one will scrolling down the post under mgsc and upvote.
So , my idea is to give the community a better way to work.
