We seen that day to day increase a case of rape . According to ncrb (national crime report bureau) over 106 to 108 rape case par day reported in 2017 . That all case are only reported but most of rape case are not reporting in crime branch by victim , because most of the victim are scare. We reading in newspaper rape of daughter, gang rape, rape of women, rape of daughter by gang that all cases of rape. In India most of the cases are pending, because no proof of criminal. Most of cases are first criminal is rape on victim and after killed that victim.

According to the NCRB there were a total 39,947 cases of rape reported in 2016 and 72% of those rapes were committed by people the victim knew i.e. her friends, neighbors or relatives.
- why that all cases can't solve by crime branch?
- how can we decrease case of rape?
- Why increase in case of rape and murder?
