Although most of the youth expect government jobs, nowadays competition for government jobs has increased so much that very few people are selected.

Due to corruption in government jobs, getting a job becomes even more difficult. In spite of the extra hard work, when the youth does not get a job, either they take a step in the interest of their life or they take the path of chaos. This is also a big problem for the youth when they are unable to get a good job even after getting a degree, then their tendency towards government job.

Every coin has two faces if one side is good for you then others can not be according to your assumption. Following you will know about some advantages, disadvantages of government and private sectors.

Advantage of government job-
1- Pay structure
They have a pay scale structure in which the government pays an equal salary to the employees of the same post, but in the private sector, these rules are different.

2- Job security
If you do not work, you can be evicted from any job, which is easily done in the private sector. in the government job, you will get better job security than private.

3- Working hours
Here you have to work for a fixed time, more money is paid for working more than the fixed time. But in private sector time has no mean, You have to be complete your given task.

4- Promotion benefits
Promotion in government jobs is according to the year, many times you are also promoted for your work otherwise you get promotion after a fixed time period, but no such facility is offered in private, It’s all depend on your work and task.

5- Holidays
In the Government sector, you will get a large number of public and national holidays which have been scheduled but in the private sector, you will get limited holidays. because private sectors work for Multinational companies which are based abroad. So they don’t offer holidays in Indian public holidays.

Advantage of the private job sector
1-Better facilities
Due to being privatization, here you will get more facilities from the government department.

2-Easy to chose work
You will not have to depend on this one task like the government department, you can do the work you like, you can leave the company and start your work in another company. With your choice.

3-Working outside
In this, you get a chance to work outside, because of the MNC’s, you get an opportunity to work abroad also, which increases your morale.

4- Scope of creativity
Here you have to move ahead on your own work, which creates a skill of creativity in you. Every word proves helpful.
