Little out of context.. but since I saw this exercise I could just not stop myself from commenting..
I was doing this 4 days back in the gym .. my first set so definitely weight was light.. and suddenly this rope came out of the pulley machine and the metal buckle in between with full force hit my tooth.. tooth fracture..
So, be safe guys .. though it was purely badluck :(
