morning walk is a good and best exercise.it costs nothing but it is suitable for all.morning walker every time looks fresh.
i daily go out for a walk. i never miss it . morning walk has many advantages. it keeps us refreshed all the day long.

i get up early in the morning 4 am. my day start from slightly warm water . i drink two glass of warm water daily in the morning

after that i go to wash room and i wear the track pant , t shirt and sport shoes.4:30 am i go to thew park . my habit is walk to fastly there are many people walking with his wife,her husband and some are walking his children

. i see most of the time two three lady walking together but their tummy tone and bucket so high because she is not walking properly she is talking about some street discussion. if you want to slim then you walk fastly every day five to six round in the park your daily walk keep fresh your mind . fastest way to slim treadmeal is the best fastest way to slim
