BTC is scaring me :(

I dnt know whats happening the more Btc news we r having the more Btc going down.
Recently Nyc stock exchange says they will put crypto in the exchange also a Germany Stock exchange going to have its Ico of Crypto exchange and the biggest gud news ETF has been approved but they r not disclosing now.
But why the hell BTC going down
Any idea guyss ? ....... ?
