XRP is not a security - All allegations put to rest!
Recently, there was a news article about the tussle that took place between Ripple labs and Financial Crime Enforcement Agency (FINCEN) in 2015. According to that FINCEN had alleged that Ripple is selling their cryptocurrency without a legitimate licence. Accordingly, Ripple had paid a fine and FINCEN approved their selling it as a currency.
Now, SEC cannot overrule this decision by FINCEN as different legal government departments are not legally allowed to overrule other department decisions. Since FINCEN had approved XRP as a currency, now SEC cannot suddenly overrule their decision and declare it a security. This should now officially be announced and all put to rest finally, so that we can all get back to business!

But what do you think about #Ethereum and #EOS??

About XRP, We don't know whether it will be accepted by all banks yet. For now, it is all speculation until they announce atleast 1 bank will use XRapid and consequently XRP. Brad Garlinghouse mentioned that by end of this year aleast 1 bank will use XRapid for sure. Only time will tell!
ETH is the future.. it will be the No 1 coin soon. 10,000 dollars target by 2020.

I believe it's a decent shot that the greater part of the ICOs and ERC20 tokens will be thought about securities. What does everybody think about XRP? In the wake of perusing the meaning of the Howey test it appears to apply to XRP. I posted this remark in day by day talk however figured I would improve reaction as a post. I'm not a XRP financial specialist so I figured I would ask the specialists here. My second inquiry is more wide.
@cryptogem we are know that Ripple is thirst largest coin in cryptocurrency world it is one of the largest acceptable coin in most of the countries. But does it aim to finish the right of decentralization of crypto coins?
