The human body about which it is often said that it is impossible to make such a complex and superior machine. The scientists who reached the moon are also unable to understand the complete functioning of the human body created by God.Our body is made up of billions of cells. The joyful cells that do not appear in the eyes of our eyes, make our blood skin muscles bones in our body. There are different departments for the editing of different functions in our body and it is made up of groups of small organs coming in different departments. All the organs are engaged in doing their work in collaboration with one another without interrupting the day and night. As a result, our body keeps moving. On the day when one organs of these organs are unhealthy and if the symmetry with its other organs gets spoiled, then the result comes out in the form of diseases. It is necessary for this organ to remain healthy forever. Before knowing how yoga affects the different organs of our body, it is necessary to understand the physical structure.
For your convenience we have divided it into the following sections.....

  1. Bone structure
  2. Blood and Heart system
  3. Nervous system
  4. Digestion system
  5. Respiratory system
  6. Emission system
  7. Hormonal system

1) BONE STRUCTURE

Our skeleton is composed of different types of 206 bones. The earliest of these bones is the ear.And the biggest femur is.Bone vent is the cornerstone of physical structureAll bones of the skeleton are interconnected with the help of bone hostages and meat muscles.Where the muscles are responsible for editing the work of our bones. The duty of the hostages located there is to facilitate the editing of the work.In addition to various physical activities such as walking and sitting etc., the most important function of the bishopinger is to protect the delicate organs of the body.Cranial Bone Protects the BrainRib bones protect the heart and lungs. And the bone of the reed that is actually made up of a lot of vertebrar with bones, protects the spinal cord.

2) BLOOD AND HEART SYSTEM
IMG_20180710_090728.jpg

Blood is made up of three different types of cells, red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets. The main function of Red Blood Cells is to bring oxygen from the lungs to the whole body and in turn, carrying carbon dioxide to the lungs. The main task of white blood cells is to fight diseases.White blood cells produce antibodies to eliminate the thoughts of diseases.Platelets provide help to quickly wound the wound.
The function of controlling the effect of blood in the body is heart. The heart is a cough made from meat, which is shaped like a fist of human being.
Heart is the most important part of our body.If it stops working, the remaining organs also become useless, that means death. The cardiovascular system is quite complex. The heart is divided into two parts. These are called atrium and ventriclesBoth parts are connected to each other with the help of Volvo. Then these two parts are divided into 4 brackets.Pulmonary is another important part of the heart.
The function of the heart is to communicate pure blood in the body with the oxygen eclipse.Blood comes with the help of these valves to the heart. And purifies the unclean blood and makes it pure.To work smoothly on the heart, it is necessary that the muscles of both the parts of the heart are narrowly compressed.
Normally, the heart of an adult person beats 60 to 72 times in 1 minute. In unusual states, the speed increases by 160 to 180.Our heart purifies 5 liters of blood every minute and flows in the body. That is, about 100,000 beats and 7000 liters of blood purification every day.Any other organ of the body probably does not work much like this.

3) NERVOUS SYSTEM
IMG_20180710_085420.jpg

The work of the nervous system is to control the body. That is to control our physical activities.Within the body, the information from the outside is transmitted to the brain and accordingly, the organs are operated through the nervous system.
You might have noticed that when you touch a hot item, your finger immediately moves away from that object. It is strange to bribe the bitter catty that you feel.
The vital organ of the nervous system is the brain and its tail, which is called the spinal cord.Nerves network of females goes out of the spinal cord and spreads throughout the body. This trap transmits the message to the brain for the editing of every activity. After that, the brain affects the message through the nervous system, at which time which part of the body is to work.

4) DIGESTION SYSTEM
IMG_20180710_085656.jpg

Meal is necessary to keep the body moving. When we take food, after a certain time, he must part out of the body in the form of stool. And the rest takes our body. The same process is done by the digestive system. The digestive system starts from the mouth and ends at the stool door.
After chewing food in the mouth, it becomes relaxed with saliva and goes into the food tube by the organism. Then it reaches the stomach. It lasts for about 3 hours here. There are many types of acids and enzymes available here. With the help of enzymes, the food grows properly in pieces. Now food is in the form of cream. After some time the food goes into the small intestine.
The first part of the small intestine, duodenal gets the digestive juices from the pancreatic gland and gallbladder and gets it in the food. The last part of the small eye is reached in the blood and in our blood.

5) RESPIRATORY SYSTEM

There is a saying : until there is breath, then there is hope. That means we can not survive without breathing. When we breathe, the oxygen reaches the breathing tube through the nose or mouth. The breathing hose is full of two parts.A hose goes straight to the lungs and to the other lungs.Going forward these two tubes take the form of many fine tubules. The last tubes are called ALVEOLI. From this, the air is transmitted in the blood.Air goes through the blood to every cell of the body from where our body breathes.
There is no muscle in our lungs. The chest muscles control respiratory activity.Diaphragm and chest muscles are compressed when we breathe. It becomes empty space inside the chest where the air gets filled.Diaphragm and chest muscles are in rest when leaving the breath.Pressure on the lungs is high

6) EMISSION SYSTEM
IMG_20180710_090251.jpg

The portion of food consumed in the form of food which is not digested, is excreted in the form of stool. The same happens with water. He exits from the body through piss and sweat. One to one and a half liters of water comes out in 24 hours even during respiratory activity.Anyway, 2/3 parts of our body are of water. In addition, carbon dioxide also comes out of the body as a relic.
The more water you drink, the higher the urine will come. The work of emission of urine is mainly done by the kidneys. The kidneys are both below the ribs in the last part of the body. The kidney acts as a filter for the body.

7) HORMONAL SYSTEM
IMG_20180710_090430.jpg

There are certain types of cells in our body.It is called endocrine glands. This produces harmonous chemical in our body.Harmonus operates in the blood and spreads throughout our body.Harmonus, however, works for a long time, but their formation-deterioration continues.Harmonas are of different types and many glands of our body produce them.We can divide the glands into the following parts......

A)Pituitary gland:

This glands is in the brain. This is an important contributor to the performance of our daily operations.By working properly with this gland, mental strength increases and intellect develops.Shearsana and Universalization affect this gland.

B)Thyroid and para thyroid gland

By keeping all the chemical reactions balanced, digestive power enhances thoughts and perception power.Stature enhances the development of saddle and genital area.Para thyroid gland controls the amount of calcium and phosphorus in the blood.

C)Penicris and adrenal gland

The juice that emerges from these glands is essential for life.It affects our sensory and physical actions. From these digestive juices releases the healthful elements of food to other parts of the body.
