Yea yea...it's not even Mexican food...but I got bored and decided to take this class! I took a cooking class at a Korean restaurant here. This dish is called Tteokbokki. I didn't like it. It was "garbage food" as I like to call it...nothing that's filling or with nutritional value. The old Mexican lady asked me if I wanted anymore and I told her No!...she brought herself tupperware to pack the leftovers away. I was cracking up.
