Ingredients
1 cup Wheat flour
1 cup Maida/APF
1 tab sp Semolina/Rava
3 to 4 sp Ghee for Mohn
1 sp Oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Hand crush Carom seeds
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 sp Red Chilly powder
2 tab sp Kasoori Methi
For Sprinkle Masala
1/2 tsp Sugar powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red Chilly powder
1/2 tsp Rock salt powder
1/4 tsp Amchoor powder.
Mix all powder well for Sprinkle.
Sieve flours in mixing bowl. Add All ingredients one by one. Mix well. Make a tight dough. Keep aside for 10 to 15 mins n cover with damp cloth.
Make 4 equal size balls. Roll it little bit thick than Roti/Chapati. Make square n put cut for Stick. Punch with fork.
Heat oil deep fry both side till light brown.
Keep out n Sprinkle Masala on it.
Store for 5 to 7 days.
