RedFOX Labs Rewards Its Community Once Again
I’ve been following RFOX for months and months now. I continue to pay attention because they keep proving themselves to have the community’s best interest at heart.
The RFOX VALT metaverse is where all their rewarding ventures are coming together, and one of the biggest pieces of that puzzle is the one-stop-shop NFT platform they just debuted.
Technically speaking, the first 25 SHOPS auctioned off in the VALT were the first NFTs to launch. But that system was for only 25 NFTs, not 10,000.
So, to truly see what RFOX NFT can do, in the middle of the Miss Universe Philippines NFT sale, the team announced that they would refund every single RFOX collected.
You can imagine the buying frenzy that took place once word got out!
Instead of buying the NFTs for RFOX and paying a gas fee to mint them on the Ethereeum blockchain, collectors knew that they were only on the hook for gas because the RedFOX project would return the RFOX within 48 hours.
The remaining supply began to diminish pretty quickly after the news hit. The team could have extended the sale or cut the overall mintage figures if things didn’t go to plan.
But they went the charitable route and gave them all away. Why? There are a couple of reasons why this is a win-win all around.
Putting that NFT platform to the test + spreading the love
Thousands of NFTs had been purchased before they switched it up to become a hand out. The minting process, especially compared to past experiences on ETH, was buttery smooth.
But the team wasn’t after the occasional buys. They wanted everyone to buy at once. If they’re going to use RFOX NFT to launch serious brands’ digital collections inside the VALT, the platform had better work!
It thankfully proved itself to be robust enough to handle hundreds of concurrent visitors! But it wasn’t all about sales and profits.
Giving NFTs away increases the chances that they’ll be given away in turn. Those simple gestures lead to growth of the RFOX ecosystem at large. Then there’s the allure of that big 10 Ethereum token prize pot!
Because everything ties together inside the VALT, people who are into gaming or DeFi or shopping or live music or NFTs or media promotion, etc.. etc., all have a common ground.
After all, I would wager that someone who’s into NFTs also likes to play video games and listen to music. Maybe they participate in all 3 at the same time! Hahaha, it’s now possible.
Plus, because RFOX NFT seamlessly integrates with Opensea, the ETH platform’s biggest player, trading is super simple. This means that some of the peeps who got free NFTs from RFOX and going to make money by selling them on the free market.
I told you it was a win-win!
