You are FINE and don't need to 'improve' anything about yourself. Just let it go and observe yourself finding a new balance, a new daily rhythm. Very, very few loves really last, and that's ok. Savor the good bits and release the rest, knowing full well that both of you contributed to the ending. Be kind to yourself and give yourself more time and gentleness. All is well. You are fine, even when you are sad.
