Mental health acceptance and awareness? Aye, whatever...

Starting post as many previous, widowed mother of four, feckin' blah blah blah....
So I'm just about accepting my youngest daughter being referred to the mental health services with anxiety issues. She's 14 and finding things "difficult", and was hoping against hope that my almost 17 year old son would be in a position to return to school as he had hoped to. However, when it came to the day, he simply couldn't go. He has now been diagnosed with serious social anxiety, and is awaiting referral to the mental health services unit also. Now my 21 year old son, has confessed that he's been struggling with depression for over two years! He's such a quiet lad, never let on until now. He meets with a psychologist in a few days.
I'm finding it difficult to cope with the stark reality that three of my four kids have mental health issues. My fourth child, I fully expect to come clean with her personal struggles in the next few weeks.
Six years on, and things aren't getting better, they're actually getting worse. It's also making my circle of people to talk to, ever increasingly smaller. I feel somewhat trapped in a downward spiral. All I want, is to see my children happy. My sister in law doesn't often say sensible things, but this time she has. She mentioned that it's possible because they were so young when their dad passed away, that it's only beginning to show the full effects now.
Who cares for the carer? No idea, but thank feck for my animals.....
