Practicing memory
who are you? what is your name? What is the date of your wedding anniversary? Where are you going? Where did you put the keys to the house? These are all questions that you should have an answer to because all these things are stored in a way that should be available for immediate retrieval and dependent on the functions of the consciousness, of memory.
There are many diseases that raise the problem of memory, especially in later ages when these can be seen with all kinds of signals of actions that the person performs differently than usual and which can be diagnosed professionally in particular.
