If we quit provoking them, maybe they would stop acting so paranoid?
We literally know nothing about North Korea. We are relying on a group of people to give us information, the same group of people that are trying to paint them as the boogymen.
They do not have ICBMs. No super-sonic diamonds, no super sonic thrust, no inter-continental ability.
They may not even have an atomic bomb. Tells are that they exploded their only one.
And remember, our first atomic bomb was a huge thing that had to be carried in our largest bomber. Not the kind of compact thing you need to put on top of a missile.
So, at best, North Korea can go over and make fukashima a bit more radioactive.
Nuclear bombs are used as a deterrent. It isn't even conceivable as a first strike.
Its not a thing like you shoot them first, you win, it is a the best you can do is give them a bloody nose (if you are lucky), and then their will be hell to pay.
