Quickie: Stefán Karl Stefánsson is Free of Cancer

This is a quick celebratory post to talk about a childhood icon and legendary meme-figure who recently made headlines for beating stage 4 pancreatic cancer.
For anyone who grew up watching LazyTown, this should be welcome news. Stefán Karl Stefánsson, or as his fans knew him, Robbie Rotten, is currently 42 and beat a disease that only 1% of inflicted persons survive.
When his diagnosis was made public, people began to create memes out of his works. This is where the infamous "We Are Number One" memes originated. YouTube channels such as Grandayy grew due to their contributions to his betterment. The attention from social media directed thousands of people to donate to his GoFundMe page.
I have been following his progress ever since the memes first started so today is a big day.
