Milk is good for your health -lets check it out.

Bones, its good for the bones as everyone says. Helps you to grow bones and teeth and you'll be a strong healthy baby man or woman . It strengthens and enforces your bones because it has this thing called calcium or something like that, that helps it to grow and gain strength. Yeah.... Also helps you to grow muscles allowing you to lift more in your gym sessions which also makes your bones stronger.

Vitamin D is also provided by milk vitamin D usually coems from the sun but if you're a shut in milk is pretty much your source for a daily source of vitamin D which usually coems from the sun. Not onluy that Vitamin D is the vitamin that helps you to absorb calcium which helps you to grow bones and teeth so you're getting a 2 in 1 with milk when it coems to calcium and bones made possible by Vitamin D.

Besides water being a source of rehydration milk helps you to rehydrate and proceess those important vitamins that arent as important as Vitamin D but still important. I mean no one really knows what these other vitamins are but they're still important. But were not talking about those other vitamins here milk can replace water because theres enough of these things called water molecules in it to rehydrate you.

And this is why i think yopu shoud prolly drink more milk thank you.
