PM Medvedev to visit Bulgaria invited by PM Borissov

in #medvedev6 years ago (edited)

For the record - Prime Minister Medvedev arrives at the invitation of Boyko Borisov. Bulgarian TV channel BTV reportage from Moscow, aired last night, exonerates the GRU and tell us not to trust the hard facts and the ample evidence, but Kremlin's propaganda version. This film is part of Medvedev welcome campaign, which sets the ground for the Russian PM's reception. Borisov's personally intervened to make the BTV possible, afraid that the visit could sink in a escalating anti-GRU and anti-Russian sentiments, compromising the extension of the Turk Stream pipeline.
Bulgarian oligarch Kovachki, who is heavily dependent for his business on privileges from the state, has recalled his complaint blocking the EPC tender closure. Today - Bulgartransgaz is expected to announce an extension of 2-3 days allowing final decision and contract award. No surprises expected - the EPC contract goes to the golden pair - a company close to the Kremlin and one close to Bulgarian PM. This is setting allowing PM Medvedev to bless the continuation of Turkish Stream through Bulgaria.
This is a dramatic collapse of statehood - total state capture - given the attempts on the lives of the Bulgarian arms manufacturer, his son and the technical director, poisoned by GRU agents with a Novichok type neuro-toxin and the two blasts in Bulgarian state defense industry works. What matters is to focus on state sponsored business and the PM Borisov's grip on power
