Meditation is an art
Meditation will give you relaxation, keep your body calm and helps you to focus on your goal. Though, everyone is busy in their schedules but if they can devote 15-20 minutes on daily basis along with exercises keep them fit and fine always....:)
So , please give your time to yourself to know about yourself only :)
