PLEASE FORGIVE ME

There is a spiritual poem that is said to originate from Hawaii that I often use that is really good. It's a spiritual song, mantra, poem or as you would call it.

It goes like this:

I am sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you.

Those are three simple lines but very powerful. If you say them addressing God, they can bring you a lot of relief and healing, just by saying...

I am sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you.

You don't have to address them to anyone but God, others say to your heart. What is even more amazing is that, you don't have to know all that you are sorry for. You just say the phrase and those words will get into your sub-conscious mind and whatever is in there, that needs forgiving, will be brought to the surface and healed.
