Stop and Breath
This morning I woke up feeling great. Then the day kicked in.
So many things on that list, so many things i want to learn, so many things I want to do. I feel tired i have a messy head and where to even start
I put some nice soft music on, sit on my yoga mat and breath, move my body what ever way feels best. I move to the music and i just keep breathing in though my nose all the way deep down into my belly and out though my nose. I sing i breath and i do small relaxing movements.
Now I am ready to start my day create a plan and find what are the most important things i would like to focus on this morning.
