Zosyn + Vancomycin Nephrotoxic?
Two articles which review nephrotoxicity of Zosyn (Piperacillin-Tazobactam) along with a combination of Vancomycin. Super common in my hospital but becoming less prevalent since recently restricting use of Zosyn at my hospital.
