State Department nothing to do with? In Azerbaijan went Dzhangoyan - Ikandosyan
Often we gnawing question: why this or that influential media in the world unfolds propaganda campaign against Azerbaijan? Well, it would seem, all the evidence in favour of our country, especially in relations with neighbouring Armenia, but the newspaper and sucks the finger flimsy stories derived from "very reliable sources", admits the most unbelievable distortion, putting the facts upside down. Also there is, for example, not only in the Russian media, many of which, as we know for disburse Armenian oligarchs in Moscow. For example, with Russia everything is clear, it is associated with the Armenians too many ties. But, why in blatant propaganda hysteria permanently participate and overseas media?
Love to Armenia through hostility to Azerbaijan
Take, for example, Washington Post - one of the best examples of professional media, but unfortunately, the traditionally rich anti-Azerbaijani publications.
And one of the main authors of this edition - associate editor and columnist David Ignatius newspaper contributes to the common cause, is not always true, objectively describing some of the problems of domestic and foreign policy of the USA. And it can somehow understand the newspaper must adhere to US interests, general publications policy. But as soon as it comes on the Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, the author transforms in front, clearly taking the side of Armenia and by hook or by crook betraying unbridled criticism of Azerbaijan.
That on April 26, he published an article in the newspaper "Karabakh: newly erupted conflict in the Caucasus", in which he outlined the facts of the last four days of the war in Karabakh is exactly the opposite. Ignoring all the criteria of journalistic ethics, Ignatius voiced openly the Armenian version of the military conflicts, almost marked the new big Caucasian war. Ignatius says that the truce 2 April has been violated by Azerbaijan, although this time, it would seem, many of the world's media took a more objective stance on the events.
Author of the article, leaving aside the importance of impartiality in the presentation event for the American reader, draws truth from the words of the leaders of the self-proclaimed Nagorno-Karabakh regime. Of course, before that Ignatius was known for his pro-Armenian position terry, often stopping in the separatist area, along with other foreign journalists and some MEPs.
Perhaps, what else to expect from a journalist who does not hide his outspoken sympathy for the Armenian side and the secessionist entity. But apparently something special was to encourage Ignatius take such biased and ambitious in relation to the position of Azerbaijan pro-Armenian lobbyist. But, what? What a mystery shrouded image of the author, standing guard, "long-suffering Armenian altar"?
Remove the hat before Ignatius!
David Ignatius working in influential US media is not the first year. For some time a well-known journalist worked for such leading US publications as the Wall Street Journal and International Herald Tribune. And in the Washington Post D. Ignatius it works for nearly a quarter century. No joke - the journalist was promoted to the post of assistant to the editor of one of the most influential publications in the world.
In his journalistic career Ignatius became famous analytical calculations devoted to the problems of the Middle East, and of course, the crowning glory of his imaginary become scandalous anti-Turkish speech.
Still fresh in the memory of his ill-fated role during historical duel Turkish President Erdogan and Israeli President Shimon Peres at the Davos forum in 2009. We need to understand the true role of Ignatius at home workpiece against Turkey and Azerbaijan, and thus restore the forgotten history of the scandal in Davos.
So, apart from Erdogan participated in the discussions of the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and Secretary General of the Arab League Amr Moussa. Ignatius gave the right to the head of the Turkish government to respond to the Israeli president's half-hour argument in just one minute (!). But this moment of Erdogan was not given use. Ignatius became rude to interrupt him.
In protest, the Turkish prime minister left the room, vowing never to return to Davos. Ignatius is like this only, and waited, allowing Erdogan to fall into a state of rage, slam the door and leave one of the most important sites in the polemical world. On site theatre, he brilliantly coped with his role as a moderator - pushed the two allies sought to Ignatius ... Many Hats off!

And yet, what a ferocious hatred? What a thirst for the eternal struggle with Turkey, and of course with Azerbaijan?
Of course, this is not a romantic sadness and not even a scratch in the soul, and especially not the eternal lament for far-fetched stories mournful single-suffering people, throw! This is a common, if not class, or rather, ethnic hostility David Ignatius, to everything that has something to do with Azerbaijan and Turkey. And you know why? Because by the famous American Armenian origin.
His father, Paul Robert Ignatius was born in 1920 in California, in an Armenian family, who emigrated to the United States. Name of his mother Dzhamgochyan (Jamgochian), and his father Hovsep "Joseph" B.Ignatius (Hovsep «Joseph» B. Ignatius), and according to other sources - Ikandosyan.
Everything is much simpler, more primitive and natural, it seems. There was no sense of justice or a desire for the triumph of historical retribution. Far from it! The mere sense of community and involvement in foot traffic through Hell suffering people in the Ottoman steppes at the beginning of the last century.
However, Ignatius does not conceal his Armenian roots. On the contrary - it radiates pride and vanity, telling of their services to the chosen people. Speaking a few days ago, on the eve of "genocidal annual psychosis" - on April 23 in Yerevan on the forum, where there was also a favourite of American women living alone, George Clooney and David once again admitted his Armenian origin. By the way, the father and son Ignatius May 9 last year and took part in the ceremony of "Heroes" award, to save the Armenians of the Ottoman Empire of the sample during the migration to the Middle East.
Now look, with whom Azerbaijan has to fight in the fields of information warfare!

In the years 1967-1969 Paul Robert Ignatius was the US Secretary of the Navy, and during the administration of Lyndon Johnson worked as an assistant US Secretary of Defense. After retiring from the Civil Service Paul during the two years he was the head of the newspaper Washington Post, as well as executive vice president of The Washington Post Company. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the German Marshall Fund, Washington Institute of International Affairs. By the way, the son of Paul - Ed Ignatius led another popular Review - Harvard Business Review magazine.
One can only wonder - what are the deep roots allowed the American political elite Americans of Armenian descent, who joined a broad front of struggle against Azerbaijan.
The Tartar bloodthirsty occupier can be returned to their original position, put back into the trenches and dugouts. But how to win a man in whose hands it turned out one of the most influential intellectual publications of the world? After all, Washington Post, not only fixated on one Armenian issues! Of course not! The publication seeks any convenient pretext for an all-out attack on Azerbaijan.
And yet, many in Azerbaijan up to now assumed that for the slanderous attacks on us by the Washington Post were officials of the Obama administration. And for any insinuation Ignatius we imagined mitre Washington political priests.
Deftly and despicable, do not say anything! In the spirit of the Armenian political realism. As in the case of a verbal duel Erdogan and Peres, reincarnated in pious ordinary American politician (probably unique) dreamer of the great kingdom of the Armenian Tigran skilfully confronted elites of the two countries.
Now the Azerbaijani authorities finally learned the name of the true troublemaker in Washington. So it is not necessary to respond to the State Department, and Dzhangochyanu-Ikandosyanu ...
