Aloo Paratha - Quickie Meal
Paratha can be made in various forms and Aloo/Potato Paratha is most common of them all. It is very easy to make and serve as good meal of the day
- Wheat Flour
- Potatoes
- Green Chilli
- Spices
At first, you need to boil and peel potatoes
Add some green chilli with some other requisites things too
Making a perfect shape does take years of practice
I used tradional desi ghee which can totally boost up the taste
Having it with Achaar and Yogurt makes it totally yummy
