MDMA death experience

So here is my story on how I died and ended up in a coma from taking mdma.
Now I hope you don't think I'm slandering the drug I'm not but simply asking for other people comments on if it is possible to mix mdma with the other drug LET ME EXPLAIN.

I have never taken this drug before I smoke canabis and I have taken cocain before but this was a Friday night and a few of us decide to try mdma so I made a few calls and picked some up in a rock form (I know really silly off me) we crushed it and bombed it in a rizla my partner was sick on our way out so I took her back home to get her straight I remember ordering food eating then going sleep now from here I died twice in my bed my partner said I started fitting as the paramedics got there I died was brought back then died a second time in the amber lance was brought back around and ended in a coma for 4 days. Now as far as the police have released mdma was mixed with synthetic canabis ( spice) I want you guys to tell me if this could happy so any comment would be so apeciated.
